The first annual Official Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 5k run took place on Thursday, 19th October, at Westerpark, with over 65 registered runners from across the globe and the dance music industry.

Four weeks ago, united by industry, change, and the power of dance music, strangers gathered to make a difference.

Ravers 2 Runners X LNADJ collaborated with like-minded fellow industry professionals for a 5k with real purpose.

Ravers2Runners is a group of runners from the UK with a shared passion for music, parties and, like LNADJ and ADE, mobilising the dance music community to use their irrepressible energy for good.

One month on, we’re still delighted with the number of amazing humans who joined us to kickstart the day, network, and promote positive mental and physical health while raising funds to change lives and save lives.

Jonny Lee, Founder of LNADJ, commented: “It has been fantastic being so heavily involved with Amsterdam Dance Event this year. A huge international event with people from all over the music industry world attending, this was a fantastic opportunity to share our story and get more people involved with inspiring and changing the lives of children through music.

“It is a great sign of where we are that Ravers2Runners collaborated with us on a run that raised vital funds to help build a new music studio in Sierra Leone.”

Thank you to everyone who came to Westerpark and took part, our hosts ADE, and the formidable forces behind the genius Ravers 2 Runners: Jo and Ed! We appreciate all of you exceedingly GOOD ravers!

Only 335 days until we meet again at ADE24; we can’t wait!

Keep em peeled for more Ravers 2 Runners X LNADJ collabs coming soon.

Big Love,

Team LNADJ x
